Accounts Clerk

Our client operates in the shipping, travel and logistics industries, as well as being involved in a range of diverse sectors across Malta and internationally. They are currently seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk to join their accounting team. 


Whilst working closely with the Financial Controller, the selected candidate will be:


  • Taking care of general book-keeping, including reconciliations and updating ledgers;
  • Controlling debtors;
  • Processing incoming receipts, invoices and expense reports;
  • In contact with other accountant software providers for any assistance; and,
  • Providing administrative support to the financial controller as required.


The selected candidates will have previous experience in an accounting role. Proficiency in Microsoft application is required.


Having effective communication skills and high attention to detail together with a good level of accuracy are important criteria for this role. The chosen candidate must also be proactive and show a positive attitude towards work.
