This qualification is suitable for anyone who works in the HR field, aspiring to study the field of HR.


Our client, an importation and distribution company, is currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator in order to sustain their growth.


The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answering telephone calls, taking note of message/referring accordingly;
  • Updating of diary and calendar with meetings;
  • Greeting people who visit the office and scheduling meeting appointments when needed;
  • Updating of the database;
  • Getting in touch with people by phone and email;
  • Scanning of documents; and,
  • Performing any other clerical duties as necessary.


The ideal candidate must:

  • Be in possession of an O level of education;
  • Have previous experience in a similar role, which will be considered an asset; and,
  • Have good written and verbal communication in both Maltese and English;


The ideal candidate must be organised, have excellent problem-solving skills and can work on his/her own initiative. S/he must be able to plan and deal with unexpected changes on a day-to-day basis and must be able to work with tight deadlines.
