Terra Partners Asset Management, manage a number of funds. They are currently seeking to recruit an Administrator to assist the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.


Whilst supporting the Legal & Compliance Department the ideal candidate will be responsible for:


  • Assisting with the various legal and corporate obligations of the firm;
  • Contributing to the firm’s compliance functions, including regulatory reporting;
  • Assisting in ensuring consistent application of company procedures;
  • Generating required correspondence, documents and presentations;
  • Carrying out research on a variety of subjects;
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing; and,
  • Providing general support to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in an office environment as an asset;
  • Strong spoken and written English; and,
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.


A smart, confident, and reliable personality, capable of independent work with little supervision, yet able to operate as part of a team are essential skills for this position.
