Art Therapist

The Malta Trust Foundation is seeking to engage an Art Therapist to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing professional advice to main researchers in the planning, execution and delivery of programmes with educational needs;
  • Showing awareness of and complying with all policies and procedures of the Foundation;
  • Contributing to the overall ethos, aims and work by establishing and supporting constructive professional relationships;
  • Attending participate in relevant meetings as required;
  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people;
  • Providing approximately 4-5 hours monthly of consultancy during the weekly sessions;
  • Providing professional advise in the delivery and preparation and reporting of the pilot programme;
  • Overseeing the researchers in updating the reporting required following art sessions;
  • Submiting the writing of a final report and/or brochure, assisted by the researchers; and,
  • Attending any meetings that are required by the Foundation.
