Assistant Warehouse Manager

Our client, a supermarket operating in Malta, is currently seeking to recruit a Warehouse Assistant Manager in order to sustain their growth.


The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing of the area of responsibility and of the relevant team;
  • Implementing of new projects and concepts;
  • Assuring the correct implementation of the goods checks, storage and replenishment processes;
  • Preparing and executing of stock takes;
  • Supporting in the process of selecting new team members;
  • Onboarding and training of newly hired team members.


The ideal candidate must:

  • Have working experience gained in building or mechanical facility management;
  • Have experience in management and negotiations with external suppliers;
  • Have a technical background;
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.


The ideal candidate must be organised and must be able to coordinate and communicate well with others.  S/he must be well-mannered and have a good customer-oriented approach.  Candidates who are confident, enthusiastic and well-presented are encouraged to apply.
