Business Development Manager

Our client is an established and well-funded international association with multiple global stakeholders and is currently seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their Malta team.


Whilst reporting to the CEO, the selected candidate will be responsible for revenue generation through activities with a global customer base managing sales and marketing activities in-line with agreed targets. S/he will be responsible for generating partnership income for a large international conference, annual magazine, on-line channels and attracting new members to join the association.


The selected candidate will have a strong background in business development in the events, FMCG or real estate areas and at least 3 years’ experience with a good track record in sales. This position calls for someone who is culturally sensitive and is eager to take on a challenge that will internationalise their career in a pleasant working environment. Candidates must be able to communicate in excellent written and spoken English as a native – a second language is considered an asset. The position is based in Malta with potential home and office work location.


S/he will be a mature individual with an outgoing personality who can quickly create and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
