Client Relationship Administrator

Yellow Malta, the leading business directory in Malta and Gozo, is currently seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Administrator to join their growing team. The chosen candidate shall be guiding customers accordingly and assisting them in any queries they may have.

Whilst reporting to the Head of Customer Service, the chosen candidate shall be:

• Guiding current and prospective clients through their Yellow journey;
• Understanding clients needs and following up where required;
• Keeping in touch with client-base and explaining  Yellow’s products and services;
• Collecting sensitive data from clients, while adhering to company policies;
• Organizing information and assets received in a timely manner;
• Ensuring an excellent aftersales service by assisting clients in any issues they may have; and,
• Any other duties which may be required from management from time to time.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a year of experience within a similar role;
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in the Maltese and English languages;
• Have a strong eye for detail; and,
• Possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Applications.

The chosen candidate must possess excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, paired with a customer-oriented approach. S/he must be target driven with an ability to work on their own initiative. Candidates who describe themselves as a people person are encouraged to apply!

The chosen candidate shall be offered on-the-job training as well as a hybrid working model.
