Contact Centre Agent

Our client forms part of a group of companies that operate within the insurance sector. They are currently seeking to recruit a Contact Centre Agent.

The chosen candidate will be:

  • Answering and handling incoming calls for assistance services;
  • Corresponding with contractors network by phone or email;
  • Receiving and handling online chats;
  • Resolving and documenting call information according to standard operating procedures; and,
  • Other contact centre-related duties as may be assigned.


The candidate will have:


  • Experience in a call centre environment as an asset;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications;
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in Maltese and English; and,
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles as an asset.


Essential criteria for this position include superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills, the ability to handle work peaks, and effective management of multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.


This role is a 24/7 shift basis working mostly between 6am and 10pm.
