Cost Control Executive

Our client operates in the safety and security sector and is currently seeking to recruit a Cost Control Executive to join their team.


The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Taking care of the general day to day duties in connection with the servicing of our debtors’ ledger;
  • Dealing with queries from clients and insurance intermediaries;
  • Performing account reconciliations;
  • Generating statement print runs;
  • Dealing with overdue accounts including chasing by telephone and email; and,
  • Taking care of other administrative and accounting responsibilities.


The ideal candidate must:

  • Be in possession of an A level education in Accounts or equivalent AAT qualification;
  • Have at least three years’ of working in a similar role;
  • A valid driving licence; and,
  • Have good written and verbal communication in both English and Maltese.


The ideal candidate must be organised, have excellent problem-solving skills and can work on his/her own initiative. S/he must be able to plan and deal with unexpected changes on a day-to-day basis and must be able to work with tight deadlines.
