Customer Service Agent
Our client is a unique international air cargo company handling air and ground logistics as well as aviation services. They are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Agent to join their team.
Whilst reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the chosen applicant will be:
- Providing information to customers about general and vertical products and services elements;
- Managing efficient and effective information distribution facilities providing high quality information, communication and coordination in a proactive manner between the customer and the Cargo organisation, in order to service and maintain business relationships;
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and increasing revenues by building a relationship with the frontline staff of the customer;
- Delivering a correct final booking, which reflects the request of the customer, and is within the commercial and operational guidelines;
- Adding additional revenues to the bottom line of a market by approaching customers, obtaining and sharing business/market intelligence with departments involved, executing promotional campaigns and promoting e-tracking tools; and,
- Providing information on the status of an individual shipment, based on information available in systems or organisation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An MQF Level 5, ideally in a similar field;
- Experience in team/people performance management;
- Knowledge and experience in the cargo industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
