Customer Service Agent

Our client forms part of a group of companies that operate within the insurance sector. They are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Agent to join their growing team.


Key duties:

  • Providing first-line customer support;
  • Handling incoming calls and emails with quality and efficiency;
  • Working closely with other internal departments, resolving customer queries; and,
  • Preparing forms and other documentation to be sent out to clients.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least one year of experience within a similar role and/or industry;
  • Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in the English Language;
  • Have sound knowledge of Microsoft applications.


The chosen candidate must possess excellent team player and problem solving skills, paired with a customer-oriented approach.
