Customer Service Agent
Our client forms part of a group of companies that operate within the insurance sector. They are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Agent to join their growing team.
Key duties:
- Providing first-line customer support;
- Handling incoming calls and emails with quality and efficiency;
- Working closely with other internal departments, resolving customer queries; and,
- Preparing forms and other documentation to be sent out to clients.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least one year of experience within a similar role and/or industry;
- Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills in the English Language;
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft applications.
The chosen candidate must possess excellent team player and problem solving skills, paired with a customer-oriented approach.
