Customer Service Team Leader
Our client is a unique international air cargo company handling air and ground logistics as well as aviation services. They are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team.
Whilst reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the chosen applicant will be:
- Leading, supervising and mentoring a team of customer service agents in Malta including daily tasks and duties;
- Creating effective CS procedures and standards;
- Creating harmony and building strong relationships internally and with all stakeholders;
- Ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries and maintaining high customer satisfaction;
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
- Building sustainable relationships and trusting with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and following up to ensure resolution;
- Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies; and,
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- An MQF Level 5, ideally in a similar field;
- A minimum of three years’ working experience in customer support or as a client service representative;
- Experience in team/people performance management;
- Knowledge and experience in the cargo industry; and,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
