Executive – Student Relations and Services
Our client, NSTS, a long-established English Language school, is currently seeking to recruit an Executive within the Student Relations and Services unit.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
· Establishing and maintaining relations with students, engaging in social media exchanges, providing information on programmes, services and facilities, offering help and ascertaining their satisfaction;
· Organising, leading and providing information about cultural, leisure, sports and entertainment activities for students to enjoy during their free time; and,
· Actively promoting and encouraging students to participate in organised activities to generate new friendships.
The ideal candidate will:
· Have minimum of three years’ experience in a customer facing role;
· Have a minimum MQF Level 6 level of education;
· Possess excellent communication skills in English;
· Have strong self-organisation skills; and,
· Have good customer relations skills.
