London Services Ltd, a leading car rental company operating in the Lease, Car Rental and Used Car Sales sector, representing the Avis, Budget and Payless brands in Malta, is seeking to recruit Fleet Controllers to join their team. Whilst reporting to the Operations Manager, the chosen candidate will be coordinating the car fleet for the company’s international brands.
Key duties:
- Assisting in the overall management of the fleet;
- Ensuring fleet availability to meet all requests by forecasting and surveying client trends;
- Assigning vehicles to clients accordingly; and,
- Assisting clients in any queries that may arise from time to time.
The ideal candidate will;
- Possess a year of experience in a similar position;
- Possess a Driving License;
- Have excellent communication skills in the English Language;
- Possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications; and,
- Understand operational requirements of vehicle rental/leasing business and/or experience dealing with operational issues.
The chosen candidate must have an organized and customer-oriented approach, with the ability to multitask.
On the job training will be given to new recruits to gain product and systems knowledge.
