Front Desk Coordinator

Our client is an insurance broker and risk management services firm and is currently seeking to recruit a Front Desk Coordinator to join their team.


The selected candidate will be greeting and welcoming clients whilst directing visitors to the appropriate person at the office and registering all clients and suppliers entering the premises.  S/he will be answering and managing incoming calls and providing information as necessary. The chosen individual will be making deliveries when the need arises and managing the archiving system. S/he will be assisting with a variety of administrative tasks and assisting other departments as necessary.


The ideal candidate will have;

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Good communication skills in both Maltese and English;
  • A customer service attitude;
  • Excellent organizational skills; and,
  • The ability to be resourceful and proactive.


This position calls for someone who has multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
