HR Operations Specialist

Our client is a unique international air cargo company handling air and ground logistics as well as aviation services. They are currently seeking to recruit a HR Operations Specialist to join their team.

 

 

The chosen applicant will be:

  • Taking a leading part in HR processes, system and analysis aspects;
  • Developing and implementing new processes, systems, digital tools and reports for efficient HR management and employee data management;
  • Leading HRIS system implementation, including continued testing and configuration, security administration, report writing, system optimization post go-live, and coordination and management of cross-functional dependencies between the different HR entities;
  • Supporting all HRIS systems (needs analysis, research, design, testing, quality control, deployment, training, and administration) and HR end users in the use of HRIS applications and desktop tools (recruitment, on/off boarding, employees performance evaluation, employee data center);
  • Ensuring that applications integrate into existing and planned infrastructure;
  • Developing, documenting, and maintaining all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance;
  • Partnering with cross-functional team members and IT team members on HRIS-related issues/enhancements/queries;
  • Owning HR data analysis- workforce efficiency, compensation, turnover rate, surveys results and HR budgets;
  • Defining and implementing HR KPIS dashboard, analysis and reports; and, 
  • Ensuring all HR-related systems are compliant with data protection laws.  

 

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An MQF Level 6 in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Knowledge Management or any relevant subject;
  • Two years previous experience in a similar role;
  • Experience in information systems, including HR systems, BI tools and Microsoft;
  • Experience using Monday software, which will be considered an asset;
  • Local experience in the aviation industry or from global companies would be an asset;
  • Excellent organizational skills and maintaining highest standards at all times;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

 

 

The ability to work independently is important for this role.  The candidate must have problem solving skills and be highly analytical.
