Junior Architect / Draughtsperson

Our client operates in the Gaming industry and is currently seeking to recruit a Junior Architect / Draughtsperson to join their team.

 

The selected candidate will be liaising with various suppliers / contractors as needed and assisting in managing varied construction and finishing project(s) as part of a multidisciplinary team. S/he will manage measurements of works for construction and finishing trades as well as formulating new drawings and amending existing ones as necessary. 

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree level of education in Architecture/Civil Engineering or Architectural Technology (Draughtsperson);
  • At least three years’ experience in the construction industry;
  • A valid driving licence;
  • Knowledge of local planning and sanitary laws, procedures and requirements.
  • The ability to use ACAD and 3D modelling applications; and,
  • Proficiency in both Maltese and English.

 

The ability to work within a team as well as taking own initiatives is essential for this post. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
