Junior Executive

Our client, Bonnici Insurance Agency Ltd. situated in Gzira, is currently seeking to recruit a Junior Executive to join their Motor/Personal Lines department.

 

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Dealing with customers (face-to-face, via email and over the phone);
• Handling of enquiries, preparing quotations as well as following-up via emails and phone-calls;
• Responding to queries and explaining products and services to clients;
• Issuing of quotations, policies, and renewals; and,
• Taking care of any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the department.

 

The ideal candidate must:

• Have at least a year of working experience within administration or insurance;
• Have a strong commitment to client service;
• Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Be in possession of a clean police conduct; and,
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English.

 

The ideal candidate needs to be organised, have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work on his/her own initiative. S/he should have a flair for sales and be able to offer a friendly greeting to customers.

 

On the job training will be provided.
