Junior Human Resources Executive

Our client operating in sales, marketing and the distribution of globally renowned branded food and grocery products, are seeking to recruit a Junior Human Resources Executive to support their HR department.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Posting job openings and shortlisting candidates;
  • Scheduling and conducting interviews as part of the recruitment process;
  • Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to streamline the hiring experience;
  • Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems and databases;
  • Facilitating onboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics;
  • Providing new hires with necessary documents, contracts, and benefits information;
  • Monitoring the progress of new employees and assisting in their induction;
  • Contributing to maintaining a positive and productive work environment;
  • Addressing minor employee concerns and escalating complex issues to the Human Resources Manager;
  • Organizing and supporting employee engagement initiatives and events;
  • Ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures;
  • Assisting in preparing reports on HR metrics, compliance, and workforce analysis; and,
  • Staying updated on laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience within a HR role;
  • Knowledge of HR principles and practices through academic coursework or relevant projects;
  • MQF 5 level of education within a Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in HR management is a plus; and,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to work effectively within a team, coupled with a detail-oriented approach and exceptional organizational skills.
