Logistics Administrator

Our client is a leading distributor in Malta specializing in apertures amongst other solutions. They are currently seeking to recruit a Logistics Administrator to join their dynamic team.

The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Planning the delivery and installation of products ordered by our clients effectively and efficiently;
  • Making sure that the promised delivery times given at order stage are satisfied;
  • Maintaining relationships with new and existing local and foreign suppliers and logistics companies; and,
  • Regularly communicating with the suppliers to ensure optimum inventory levels of of stocks are maintained.

The selected candidate will:

  • Have working experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment;
  • Be in possession of an O’level standard of education;
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications; and,
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English.


This position calls for someone with strong communication skills and has the ability to multitask.  The chosen candidate must be self motivated and able to work well under pressure.
