Logistics Coordinator

EVOS, offering storage services of oil cargoes to its customers are looking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator to help in the planning and coordination of the logistics for operations of the terminal.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing the client with the necessary support accordingly;
• Co-ordinating with the Operations Department on orders that should be performed;
• Preparing operational documents, orders, customs forms, reports, invoices, etc., necessary for the services provided;
• Filing of documents and contracts and making sure they are timely filed;
• Handling of clients and operations;
• Keeping the ‘Tank Origins’ up to date on a daily basis;
• Keeping record and ‘Store Warrants’ updated on a daily basis; and,
• Assisting or replace the Logistics Manager when not available.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in working in operations and/or logistics; and,

• Advanced level of education or relevant experience.

 

Excellent communication in both Maltese and English is an essential requirement for this position. Good time management and organisational skills are also essential for this post.
