Our client, an operator of high-quality tourism residences accommodation, is seeking an experienced Manager to strengthen their team.

 

Reporting to the General Manager, this role offers the chance to lead and manage their properties, instil a culture of quality, and drive sustainable growth.

 

As Manager – Hospitality, you will:

 

• Lead their hospitality properties, ensuring top-quality operations;
• Foster excellence and continuous improvement;
• Uphold transparency, integrity, and accountability;
• Manage finances and ensure efficiency;
• Promote eco-friendly practices;
• Drive creative solutions and execute instructions; and
• Commit to the company’s ethos and adapt to changes.

 

The selected candidate is expected to have a minimum of two years’ proven experience in the tourism accommodation sector.

 

You are likely to be a person who has a passion for the hospitality sector, gives attention to detail, is quality conscious, and has a can-do approach to work.
