Marketing and Operations Executive
Our client, offering a number of services in relation to printing, is currently seeking to recruit a Marketing and Operations Executive to join their team.
Key duties:
- Managing the day-to-day operations within the company outlet;
- Overseeing outlet’s budget and ensuring sales targets are reached;
- Preparing annual marketing plan;
- Monitoring products to ensure adherence to marketing plans and reporting performance to management;
- Building and maintaining customer relationships;
- Developing customer relationship marketing strategies and implementing process’ accordingly;
- Continuously monitoring the current market, underlining environmental changes, market statistics and competitor analysis;
- Being responsible for Quality Management System;
- Coordinating product launches with Management where required; and,
- Being fully responsible for company image, as well as monitoring and maintaining company website.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess a tertiary level of education in Marketing or the equivalent; and,
- Possess excellent communication skills in the English and Maltese Languages.
The ideal candidate must have an organized approach, paired with an eye for detail and an ability to create and maintain professional working relationships.
