Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a retail company, is currently seeking to recruit a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.


Whilst reporting to the Administration Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the information and appearance of the website;
  • Ensuring that the site is maintained and kept always updated;
  • Taking ownership of the content of the website and keeping it always updated with relevant stock;
  • Taking photos of new products for the website;
  • Ensuring that the website is in line with company requirements;
  • Preparing and amending layout, style, size, logos, graphs, charts, posters, prices display, preparing offers for the shops and website and all visual material as requested;
  • Being responsible for organising and preparing the necessary products for photo shoots and keeping the photo groups always updated;
  • Developing and maintaining the administration filing system in relation to Marketing;
  • Handling all orders / enquiries which are received via email, website, or other social media sources;
  • Managing the website as an online shop and keeping it updated on a regular basis;
  • Ensuring a high quality/standard of work and service throughout; and,
  • Performing any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least two years’ of working experience within a similar role;
  • Have related qualifications, which will be considered an asset;
  • Have excellent Microsoft Office knowledge; and,
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills in English.


The ability to work within a team as well as taking own initiatives is essential for this post.  The ideal candidate must be creative, have an eye for detail and have the ability to multitask.
