Our client is a unique, international air cargo company in the handling air and ground logistics as well as aviation services. They are currently seeking to recruit a Network Planning Analyst to join their team.

The chosen applicant will support the Network Planning team in the design, development, and implementation of the company.

The main objective of the candidate is to:

• Maximize the financial return and aircraft utilization by optimizing flight timing and fleet deployment to align with customers demand and aircraft performance;
• Support the Network Planning Manager on construction of group schedule;
• Work closely with other internal departments to ensure the smooth operation of the schedule and support the senior management on ad hoc projects;
• Analyze the schedule efficiency and manage the slot portfolios;
• Schedule information to internal/external stakeholders; and,
• Support the charter operations on liaising with customers by providing schedule availability, quotation and operational feasibility of the flight.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (Transportation / Economics, Operations Research, Business Administration, Science & Engineering);
• Work experience in aviation/logistics preferably Airline Network Planning;
• Ability to work well in different levels of leadership and work independently within a fast paced, target driven environment;
• The ability to deliver arguments clearly and confidently; and,
• Strong MS Office skills.

Ability to work within a fast paced, targeted driven environment as well as have good presentation skills along with verbal skills. Showing commercial orientation and the ability to create strong liaison with clients are important criteria for this role.
