Professional Executive (ICT)

Our client, the leading energy services provider, is currently seeking to recruit an ICT Executive in order to sustain their growth.

 

The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing different projects where s/he will be assigned resources (tools, hardware, software and human resources);
  • Participating and reporting to an assigned project leader on other projects;
  • Adhering to set procedures and practices and to any methodology framework introduced for the management of projects;
  • Developing, implementing and/or maintaining applications using standard development tools;
  • Programming, configurating established systems, querying and reporting using the Company’s ICT standard development platforms;
  • Ensuring that the works are carried out to the highest quality and standards, overseeing the work in progress conducted by internal employees or contracted to external parties and taking the necessary corrective actions;
  • Establishing good relations with suppliers for the benefit of the organisation, and ensuring that contractual SLAs are met;
  • Participating through the whole tendering process which may include but is not limited to the preparation of tender specifications, evaluations and subsequent adjudication reports;
  • Participating or taking an active lead in the mapping of current business processes, as well as aiding or proposing reengineered processes enabled by IT Systems; and,
  • Conducting research, attending meetings, demonstrations and conferences related to ICT systems and solutions, and critically evaluating the presented systems and solutions.

 

The ideal candidate shall be in possession of:

  • An MQF Level 6 in ICT or an equivalent qualification relating to Computer Studies;
  • At least three months experience in an ICT related role;
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and ERP Solutions, which will be considered an asset; and,
  • Knowledge in RDBMS Programming and tools, such as Microsoft SQL, ORACLE and Visual Studio.NET, C#.NET and Javascript.
