Project Sales Manager

Our client, one of the longest established companies leading in the bathroom, kitchen and furniture business in Malta, is currently seeking to recruit a Project Sales Manager to head the Project Sales team and to manage an important division of the company.


The Project Sales Manger will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects from start to successful completion. 


The selected candidate will also be responsible for:

  1. Providing strategic and technical direction to the Project Sales Office;
  2. Managing the project bidding, negotiation and contractual stages;
  3. Ensuring that project scope and objectives are met, analysing performance to budget;
  4. Monitoring the performance of the project team; and,
  5. Keeping track of project progress and performance against budget, identifying variances and taking corrective actions where necessary.



  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration or a related business field
  2. Experience in managing projects in a large corporate setting
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills


The ideal candidate should possess meticulous organisation, administration and time-management skills.  S/he must be flexible and capable of working in a team setting and also have an outgoing personality.
