Purchasing and Shipping Clerk

Our client is a leader in the supply, installation and maintenance of bespoke catering equipment and services and is currently seeking to recruit a Purchasing and Shipping Clerk to join their team.


The selected candidate will be:

  • Tracking sales orders and ensuring timely delivery;
  • Entering order details (such as vendors, quantities, and prices) into the internal database;
  • Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices;
  • Building relationships with both local and international suppliers;
  • Managing stock cards and preparing purchase reports;
  • Placing orders when needed; and,
  • Preparing reports on orders and costs.


The ideal candidate will have an A-level standard of education coupled with two years’ experience in a similar position. Candidates with experience in administration and eager to learn this line of work are encouraged to apply. S/he will be able to communicate in English and preferably Italian. S/he will be proficient in Microsoft Office and IT tools.


This position calls for someone who is a team player with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
