Rostering Officer

Our client in the health care, cleaning, and hospitality sector, are recruiting a Rostering Officer to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • The daily management of emails and correspondences;
  • Handling of telephone calls;
  • Filing and data inputting;
  • Preparing clients files and maintaining clients database on a daily basis;
  • Creating and amending the rostering frameworks and inserting the necessary data;
  • Planning, organising, revising, and distributing workflows and rosters to employees and clients;
  • Communicating with employees and ensure that they are aware of their duties and delegated tasks;
  • Guiding and providing employees with the necessary information to arrive to their duty;
  • Liaising with employees on availabilities;
  • Handling monthly reports and keeping records; and,
  • Assisting in other administrative duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum MQF level 4 of education;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications;
  • Proficiency in Maltese and English languages; and
  • Experience working in cleaning or healthcare sector will be given a preference.

A customer-oriented approach followed by effective communication skills with the ability to work within a team and good planning and organisations skills are essential for this position.
