Supply Chain Assistant – PT

Our client, a supermarket operating in Malta, is currently seeking to recruit a Supply Chain Assistant on a part time basis in order to sustain their growth.


The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing orders for the Malta Regional Direction;
  • Analysing and verifying the orders of the Stores, intervening in case of anomalies;
  • Elaborating reports on sales trends within the Malta Regional Direction;
  • Monitoring and ensuring the availability of goods in Stores;
  • Analyzing sales trends for proper planning and assignment to Stores; and,
  • Managing any anomalies and intervening for the optimization of the flow of goods up to delivery to the Stores.


The ideal candidate must:

  • Have a degree in Economics, Statistics or Management, which will be considered an asset;
  • Have previous working experience in a similar role, which will be considered an asset;
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and Italian, which will be considered an asset.


The ideal candidate must be organised and must be able to coordinate and communicate well with others.  S/he must be well-mannered and have a good customer-oriented approach.  Candidates who are confident, enthusiastic and well-presented are encouraged to apply.
