Training and Quality Coordinator

Our client Baxter is a multi-international healthcare company. They focus primarily on creating products to treat certain diseases. They are currently searching for a Training & Quality Coordinator to join their team.


The chosen applicant will be:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of the plant training program and support in the reporting of key quality metrics in line with the company strategic plan;
  • Developing and maintaining a training matrix for indirect staff;
  • The site contact and super user for BAXU and participate in EMEA/Global Learning Professional network;
  • Site BAXU Learning Professional responsible for supporting on site staff to ensure that compliance to SOP’s and training KPIs is consistently met;
  • Supporting Team Leaders and Managers to ensure that training records are maintained as per ongoing requirements;
  • Training, coaching, and supporting staff and managers for BAXU;
  • Managing periodic document review process including tracking and trending completion;
  • KPI reporting as relates to quality metrics in Documentation; and,
  • Responsible for digitalization of training related forms.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical / medical device industry;
  • Experience in a quality function; and,
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
