EQF/MQF Level 5 Award in Performance and Reward Management

This unit aims to aid learners to measure the performance of individuals and teams, and align their performance with the strategic objectives of the organisation. Learners will be equipped with the necessary skill and knowledge to implement the required performance appraisals systems based on the organisation prerequisites.

At the end of the module/unit the learner will be able to:

  • Study the meaning of performance management and evaluate its scope
  • Undertake further research based on the findings generated in the implemented performance appraisal systems
  • Study the role of motivation, teamwork and effective communication in beneficial performance management
