Nadine Cilia
Nadine is in possession of a Bachelor of Arts degree in Maltese and Linguistics and a Master’s degree in Translation Studies from the University of Malta. As part of the courses attended, she was involved in research and translation projects, and also participated in various voluntary events both locally and abroad. She is also currently reading an ILM Diploma in Leadership and Management.
Nadine joined misco in 2015 as a Trainee HR Executive as a member of the Selection and Recruitment Unit. Since joining misco she has been involved in several recruitment projects, assisting both local and international clients in recruiting for permanent and temporary positions as well as assisting in advertising campaigns. She has also been involved in consultancy-based projects whilst outsourced to different clients to support in-house recruitment and other assistance in relation to human resources.
She has undergone on the job training and is attending various development courses with misco to help her progress in her career. Nadine is presently also involved in delivering a number of open programmes as well as in company training programmes on various topics including soft skills such as communication, time management, and customer service as well as business writing skills.
