In 2020, misco launched a fully immersive e-learning platform offering a wide selection of courses and training sessions. The service delivers a range of development resources, from 30-minute webinars to full-length interactive programmes awarding diploma certifications.

misco is offering different types of training methodologies to suit everyone’s training needs. It is of utmost importance to us to keep on producing the services as we always have, with maximum efficiency for all.

LIVE SESSIONS

These are online virtual sessions that are interactive between the trainer and course participants. Course material will also be provided in these sessions.

TUTORIALS

Tutorials may be offered along with the pre-recorded webinars to offer further assistance on the learning outcomes.

TRAINING ROOM

misco boasts a dedicated Training and Development Centre situated in Notabile Road, Mriehel. Our training rooms are equipped with the most advanced facilities, offering participants a high-quality training environment.

PRE-RECORDED WEBINARS

This is a one-way training method with a voice-over pre-recorded on a presentation. This will be offered with additional remote training material.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

An individual can also follow coaching sessions where personal goals will be created, along with a development plan, and a coach will assist the individual on the learning journey.

The purposely developed learning tools allow students to easily interact with their tutors and other participants to achieve a genuine online class / face-to-face training experience.
