misco Talks – Job Seekers’ Behaviour and Expectations 2021
misco has been conducting yearly research on job seeker behaviours and expectations. The main objective of this research study is to identify the behaviour and preferences of candidates when searching for a job in Malta. This helps us analyse how these behaviours are changing throughout the years and most importantly help employers choose the right tools and mediums to attract the right candidates.
Our next misco Talks on Job Seeker’s Behaviour and Expectations will be held on the 15th of September 2021.
In this session we will be inviting different companies to attend the misco Talks where we will be presenting our findings and recommendations as well as take the opportunity to discuss and share experiences coming from different sectors.
