EQF/MQF Level 5 Award in Managing People (9 ECTS)

This qualification is suitable for anyone who works in the HR field, aspiring to study the field of HR.

This course focuses on different leadership styles and goes into emotional intelligence, empathy, conflict and motivation and finding the right elements for effective communication. It also covers the techniques and tools on how to lead and support a remote team. It goes in-depth into the practical knowledge of this field and how best to manage the employees’ performance and motivation whilst working remotely.

Entry Requirements:

A minimum of one of the following:
A qualification in Human resources or similar at minimum level 4 (level 5 also considered), as well as an O level standard of English
Level 4 certificate in Education, as well as an O level standard of English
MATSEC certificate, as well as an O level standard of English
International applicants are to have an O level standard of English or equivalent. A proficiency test of the same standard would suffice

This list is the minimum required qualifications – it does not exclude any qualification of a higher level. misco Business Academy will also consider RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning). Any applicant that already has some form of qualifications, at the same level of higher, can apply for the RPL and be exempt from certain units (terms and conditions will apply).
