Overview

Creating Sustainable Work Habits is a three-week creating sustainable work habits course for neurodivergent professionals focused on evidence-based habit formation and routine development. The curriculum combines habit-tracking strategies, peer collaboration, and interactive activities to build robust, lasting work habits. An optional microlearning pathway spans six weeks of one-hour sessions for a slower-paced learning experience.
