This qualification is suitable for anyone who works in the HR field, aspiring to study the field of HR.
This course will provide the learner with a brief understanding of the job evaluation exercise and ways of how to implement such exercises within an organisation. It will also look into employee reward strategies. This module will also aim to look over the effectiveness and limitations of negotiations and collective bargaining as a structure to reduce and resolve conflict. This is done in respect to the relevant developments at national and European levels. It will also cover the necessary skills and processes throughout the bargaining process.
