EQF/MQF Level 5 Award in Managing the Organisational Environment, Customer Relations, Culture and Ethics (11 ECTS)

This qualification is suitable for anyone who works in the HR field, aspiring to study the field of HR.

This course aims to aid students to better analyse and understand the organisation within its broader environment while outlining the organisational values, mission and goals. Students will also understand the impact of the organisational landscape. It will also take into consider cultural diversity among employees, to understand the impact of globalisation particularly regarding cultural diversity within organisations in the labour market. Students will be able to critically assess various managerial approaches when dealing with cultural challenges

Entry Requirements:

A minimum of one of the following:
A qualification in Human resources or similar at minimum level 4 (level 5 also considered), as well as an O level standard of English
Level 4 certificate in Education, as well as an O level standard of English
MATSEC certificate, as well as an O level standard of English
International applicants are to have an O level standard of English or equivalent. A proficiency test of the same standard would suffice

Any applicant that already has some form of qualifications, at the same level of higher, can apply for the RPL and be exempt from certain units (terms and conditions will apply).
