EQF/MQF Level 5 Award in Training the Trainer (5 ECTS)

This qualification is suitable for anyone who works in the HR field, aspiring to study the field of HR.

This course will allow learners to learn, develop and practise skills in relation to planning and delivering a training session. The module allows learners to understand the planning process involved in preparing, delivering and evaluating a training session/program.

Entry Requirements:

A minimum of one of the following:
A qualification in Human resources or similar at minimum level 4 (level 5 also considered), as well as an O level standard of English
Level 4 certificate in Education, as well as an O level standard of English
MATSEC certificate, as well as an O level standard of English
International applicants are to have an O level standard of English or equivalent. A proficiency test of the same standard would suffice

This list is the minimum required qualifications – it does not exclude any qualification of a higher level. misco Business Academy will also consider RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning). Any applicant that already has some form of qualifications, at the same level of higher, can apply for the RPL and be exempt from certain units (terms and conditions will apply).
