This qualification is suitable for anyone who works in the HR field, aspiring to study the field of HR.

This qualification is suitable for adult learners working within the human resources field, who wish to continue to build their portfolio in accredited qualifications related to HR.

This qualification will provide learners with the holistic approach and educate all learners on the HR function. The learner will finish the course and would have gained formal insight into the role of the HR person. Due to the hands-on approach, the learner will also be able to execute the role of the HR person in a well-educated, proficient and professional manner.

Employee Wellness and Engagement: Organisational Behavior, Leadership and Group Dynamics – 10 ECTS

Job Coaching Persons with Disabilities – 5 ECTS

Employer Branding – 5 ECTS

The Maltese Economy and Malta’s Labour Market – 5 ECTS

Research Process for Human Resources – 5 ECTS

Health and Safety for the HR Manager – 3 ECTS

Project Management – 8 ECTS

HR Management Practices – 28 ECTS

Entry Requirements:

A minimum of one of the following:
A qualification in Human resources or similar at minimum level 4 (level 5 also considered), as well as an O level standard of English
Level 4 certificate in Education, as well as an O level standard of English
MATSEC certificate, as well as an O level standard of English
International applicants are to have an O level standard of English or equivalent. A proficiency test of the same standard would suffice

Any applicant that already has some form of qualifications, at the same level of higher, can apply for the RPL and be exempt from certain units (terms and conditions will apply).
