EQF/MQF Level 5 Undergraduate Higher Diploma in Leadership and Management (120 ECTS)

This qualification is suitable for anyone who works in the HR field, aspiring to study the field of HR.

This qualification is suitable for adult learners working within the human resources field, who wish to continue to build their portfolio in accredited qualifications related to leadership and management.

Individuals will learn about the importance of the role of the leader/manager and where it originated from; how leadership developed over time. Leaners will also be educated about the responsibilities of the leader/manager, and what needs to be done within this role. This qualification does not only focus on the technical skills of being a leader, such as financial literacy, project management and other management processes. Learners will also learn about certain aspects like communication, group dynamics and others.

Entry requirements:

A minimum of one of the following:

A qualification in Leadership and Management or similar at minimum level 4

Level 4 certificate in Education

MATSEC certificate

International applicants are to have an O level standard of English or equivalent. A proficiency test of the same standard would suffice

Requirements for English Language should be of Grade C or O Level or IELTS6.0 equivalent.
