Mindful Management: Reducing Stress & Boosting Productivity is a three-week mindful management training for neurodivergent professionals. This workshop merges mindfulness practices with executive functioning strategies to help participants manage stress, regulate emotions, and maintain productivity in the workplace. Participants engage in guided meditation sessions, cognitive-behavioural tools, and time management workshops. An optional microlearning pathway spans six weeks of one-hour sessions for a slower-paced learning experience.
