This qualification is suitable for anyone who works in the HR field, aspiring to study the field of HR.
This course equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to design, implement, and evaluate workplace training and development initiatives. It covers the full training cycle—from conducting needs analyses and setting learning objectives to selecting appropriate delivery methods and tools. Learners explore adult learning theories, training design principles, and facilitation techniques, including managing group dynamics and using feedback effectively. The programme also addresses evaluation frameworks (such as Kirkpatrick) and methods to assess training impact. Through practical assignments, participants gain confidence in managing training projects and fostering continuous learning within organisations.
