Success Stories

Laura Beise,

Front of House service desk agent at AVIASERVE

Following my dream to become a professional trainer, I recently did an online course with misco called ‘Training the Trainer’. As soon as the course started, I knew it was what I needed.

This course had a great balance of basic knowledge in understanding the training circle and the practical hands-on experience for creating training programs and deliveries. The course trainers were incredibly experienced and knowledgeable covering course material in depth and giving lots of tips. Furthermore, they were encouraging and supportive, and gave individual attention to each participant.

Moreover, I really enjoyed the course because it was very engaging and interactive (various exercises, discussions, etc.)
I’m so happy to say, that I gained the knowledge and skills needed to confidently begin creating my own training courses.
